  8.      Use these Options when you first run the program or when you buy a new 
  9.      VCR.

  11.      The first choice is for entry of the maximum recording time.
  12.      For VHS this will be either 6 or 8 hours. Beta machines are 5 hours.

  14.      The second Option is for entry of tape counter readings at 10-minute
  15.      intervals (using SP or B1 speed).
  16.       
  17.      The third Option converts an old file of shows to a new set of counter
  18.      readings. This is for a new or second VCR file.

  21.      The fourth Option estimates running time from counter numbers.
  22.       
  23.      The final Option is for changing the type of machine to Beta or to VHS.
