  3. III. USING A JOYSTICK, MOUSE OR KEYBOARD

  5.     NOTE: If you're using a joystick or mouse, plug it in before you turn
  6.           on your computer. Mouse users must install their mouse driver 
  7.           (not supplied by Electronic Arts).  Consult your mouse manual for 
  8.           more details.  Run without a mouse if you have insufficient 
  9.           memory.

  12.     JOYSTICK USERS
  13.  
  14.     If your joystick isn't responding, it might be because a mouse is
  15.     plugged in. The mouse overrides the joystick when they're both plugged
  16.     in. Exit the game and reload it by typing MFB2 J. This loads the 
  17.     game with the joystick enabled and the mouse disabled.

  19.         SELECTING FROM MENUS: Move the arrow cursor on top of one of the 3
  20.         menu selections, press and hold the joystick button and pull the 
  21.         joystick back to pull down the menu. When you pull down a menu, you 
  22.         see a list of additional options. Highlight the option you want and
  23.         release the button.
