  12.   How to use it : Copy the Editor into your Syndicate Save-Dir
  13.                   and run it....
  14.                   (Use Cursor/CR where useful)

  16.   Notes  : Be careful with these two Items  "?Digitizer?" and "?Belt?" !
  17.            They are not fully included into the Beta Version of Syndicate !
  18.            The Game will Crash under Messy-DOS if you try to select them...
  19.            Within an OS/2 DOS-Fullscreen you can inspect them, no prob.

  22.   Little Hint to the Beta Bugs : If you drop an empty weapon, i.e. a Laser,
  23.                                  Flamer, Gauss Gun, etc. it is fully reloaded
