  6. same. Please do not make changes to these files without my permission.

  9. the work of other people. Many thanks to them for making the knowledge 
  10. available and accessible. Some of the information is original and appearing 
  11. here for the first time.

  13. I have not actively solicited cash contributions in the past for making this 
  14. information public. Considering the many hours spent researching, testing, 
  15. writing and revising, I am now asking for a $1.00 voluntary donation to be 
  16. sent to me after you have put together a working shortwave receiver using
