  9.         CLIPS is a marvelous substitute for the generic Windows Clipboard that
  10. suffers from a serious limitation: it retains only the last item cut or
  11. copied.  CLIPS retains everything copied to the Clipboard during a single
  12. Windows session and displays each item in a Clips Text window.  Items are
  13. moved by a mouse click to the Clips Title window from where they may be
  14. edited, saved, and cut or copied for additional paste operations in
  15. applications of your choice.    CLIPS is freeware from Paul Bonner who leaves
  16. no address in any form, USPS or electronic.
