A book-reader program makes the 240 page, 30 chapter book easy to read.
Federal law Title 18: USCS 3059 pays up to $25,000 for the arrest, or for
information leading to the arrest, of any felon in any state -- dead or
alive! Another law pays a bonus of up to $25,000 if the felony is drug-
related. Civil and criminal RICO laws plus others provides for payment of
50% of fines and forfeitures besides rewards of up to $250,000. Many fines
and forfeitures are in the megabuck range. This book tells you all about
all significant reward laws, and how to get started as a CrimeFighter.
Qui Tam law provides legal standing for citizens to be the official
prosecutor of anyone they arrest or provide information leading to their
arrest. That's to protect a citizen's financial interests by controlling
prosecution and plea bargaining to lesser charges.
Learn how to use personal-damage lawsuits of $1,000 to $100,000 to punish
lawbreakers for their contribution to the crime rate in your area and the
adverse effect it has on making it unsafe to go for walks at night, etc. A
simple, $20 do-it-yourself Litigation Kit is mentioned and recommended.
Your plea bargaining strategy is to get an out-of-court settlement of your
lawsuit. Reason: if you downgrade felonies to misdemeanors you lose the
felony reward. An out-of-court settlement of your lawsuit lets you reduce
charges for a guilty plea, to save court time and costs, just like the
regular D.A., and you get paid a lawsuit award instead of a reward.
Lawsuit awards takes the place of rewards for all misdemeanors. They are
subject to CrimeFighter lawsuits and plea bargaining for an out-of-court
settlement in exchange for downgrading or dismissing original charges.
In most cases, you can transfer 100% of any possible fines and forfeitures
to your personal-damage lawsuit when lawbreakers have the means to pay.
They will want to minimize their prison time and avoid a jury trial. They
will want to buy their way out of jail when they can afford it. And,
taxpayers won't have to pay for their room and board for many years.
When a law enforcement agency wants to get credit for the bust and get the
other 50% of fines and forfeitures or to impose maximize jail time, you are
in control to negotiate a larger federal reward in lieu of a lawsuit award.
A guilty plea (or jury conviction) provides indisputable proof of the
lawbreaker's liability. You can apply for summary judgment by the court to
collect payment. Ask for $75 an hour for your undercover work, plus what
they can afford to pay as damages. When you have conclusive evidence, 99.9%
of your lawsuits will be settled out of court or by summary judgment. You
don't have to be a lawyer to file the standard forms at the courthouse to
initiate a lawsuit, or to apply for summary judgment to bypass a trial.
