Greetings to disk vendors.
Thanks for taking a look at the COURT RULES AND STATUTES, LEGAL
GUIDE.
Commercial vendors: You must obtain our permission to distribute.
This permission is routinely granted, even if you send a post
card or call over the phone. We require permission so that we
know you're out there and so that we can send you upgrades, as
soon as they are tested! We constantly find vendors advertising
YEARS OLD versions of this program (which is not good business
for either of us!) who we have never heard of! Please (and it is
the law <grin>) let us know that you want to carry the program
and the latest version of the program will wing its way to you
each time that it is updated. (If we sent this disk directly to
you with a letter asking you to carry the product, you have
permission. However, please let us know you are carrying the
product so that you will be ensured of receiving updates
immediately- post cards are fine.)
We reserve the right to revoke anyone's right to distribute the
program. Have we ever done it??? Nope. However, it seems prudent
to reserve the right to do so.
