  14.     Info:   One day I happened to be looking through my transfer log file
  15.             to find a number of users had mysteriously been having xfer
  16.             problems, but seemed to get the file ok. Then a program
  17.             called Leech-Zmodem V2 was uploaded to my system, and I
  18.             realized what was going on. So I decided to get even and
  19.             write this little util, which should work with any BBS
  20.             package. Check out the NOLEECH.DOC for instructions.
