  13. This package contains programs and data files that present an interactive
  14. study environment for all of the FCC license exam study pools, Novice
  15. through Extra, on an IBM PC, PS2, or compatible running DOS 3.0 (or high-
  16. er) or OS2.  A record is kept of the user's performance, and a simple
  17. mechanism is used to decide when no further study is required.
