  13.      As a service to AceComm customers who want to register by  credit
  14.      card,  arrangements  have  been  made  with  the  Public Software
  15.      Library (PSL) to  handle  all  credit  card  registrations.   PSL
  16.      accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
  17.  
  18.      Non-U.S.   residents  are  encouraged to register by credit card.
  19.      In many  cases,  paying  by  credit  card  will  be  easier  than
  20.      acquiring U.S.  funds.

  22.      PSL will take the order information and forward it to the AceComm
  23.      author,   MGP   Programming  Services  &  Michael  G  Phelps  for
  24.      processing and shipping.
