  3. This is a simple moving light-bar style menu designed specifically for
  4. multi-media and electronic publishing applications.  Works in either
  5. TEXT or VGA GRAPHICS modes and displays either .PCX graphics or ANSI
  6. graphics as wallpaper with default text mode wallpaper built-in.
  7. Configuring the menu couldn't be easier.  A simple ASCII file lists each
  8. menu prompt and the associated DOS commands.  The menu is
  9. self-adjusting; titles are centered, menu prompt display adjusts to fit
  10. prompts and is always centered on the screen, it even scrolls if needed.
  11. Even with all these features, it is extremely efficient. The basic menu
  12. program requires only 8K of disk space.
