  103.      Entere is a shareware product, you may use it for free for two weeks,
  104.      on a trial basis. However after that Entere may not be used at all,
  105.      unless a valid registration has been sent.
  106.  
  107.      Crime doesn't pay, and you will be better off registering.  It is not
  108.      only your duty, but also in your best interest. Not only does
  109.      registration give you the latest version, but it also gives you
  110.      discounts on other Kayl software and places your name on our
  111.      confidential mailing list so that you will know when the next version
  112.      of Entere is available. New versions will be made available to
  113.      registered users before the general public. Registration costs $49.

  115.      Kayl Software is offering a Preferred Membership for an additional
  116.      $30.  Preferred Membership is a new kind of long-term relationship
  117.      between the user and software producer.   Since the bulk of the cost
  118.      to a software company is programming, it should want to distribute
  119.      each version to as many people as possible. Also the serious user who
  120.      wants the latest version should not have to pay the full price for
  121.      each upgrade.  After paying a $79 start-up membership price the user
  122.      can receive new versions of Entere for only $10, at the time of this
  123.      writing.

  125.      The preferred membership price represents more than just the initial
  126.      costs, but also an investment in the Entere software line.  For over
  127.      a year Entere has been evolving feature by feature, now it is at a
  128.      point where it can be distributed, but it will continue to evolve in
  129.      the future.  The Preferred Member will receive a coupon stating the
  130.      amount of the renewal fee. When a new version is released, the user
  131.      will receive an announcement and may send in the coupon with a check
  132.      for the renewal fee, then an updated version of Entere and a new
  133.      coupon with the same renewal fee will be sent to the user.

  135.      I reserve the right to increase the registration price, Preferred
  136.      Membership price and/or the renewal fee. I plan to increase the
  137.      registration price and the Preferred Membership price only when a new
  138.      version is introduced and expect to increase the renewal fee more
  139.      often.  So if you sign-up for the Preferred Membership you are
  140.      acknowledging that you would like the current renewal fee whatever it
  141.      may be, you may call to find out the current prices and renewal fee.
  142.      Therefore it is important to register as soon as possible so that a
  143.      low renewal rate will be obtained.  Then for as many years as Entere
  144.      is developed the latest version can be obtained for the renewal fee
  145.      that was current at the time of registration.

  147.      There are a lot of benefits to using Entere.  I especially like the
  148.      key placement and look forward to making other products such as
  149.      possibly a spreadsheet, text editor and word processor.  These will
  150.      be Entere supplements that will cost extra, but may only be available
  151.      to registered Entere users. I look forward to when most Entere users
  152.      will only have a numeric keypad on their desk.
