  14.        1        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  15.        1        ea    Yolk                                              
  16.        3        Tbsp  Water                                             
  17.        1        Tbsp  Butter                                            
  18.        2        cup   Rhubarb - chopped

  20.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  22.     Pour boiling water over rhubarb, let stand 15 minutes, drain, mix with
  23.     remaining ingredients. Cook until creamy. Put in baked pie shell and  
  24.     top with merigue. Brown in oven.
