INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
Crust:
16 ea Graham crackers - rolled fine
1/2 cup Shortening - part butter - melted
1 tsp Flour
1/2 cup Sugar - granulated
1 tsp Cinnamon
Custard filling:
3 ea Egg yolks
2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Crust:
Mix as for pie crust, take 1/2 c. mixture and pack in pie tin.
Filling:
Cook together until mixture coats spoon, pour into pie pan. Cover with
merigue and brown.
