INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
3 ea Chocolate - unsweetened - squares
1/4 cup Water
3 ea Egg yolks
1/2 cup Sugar
1/8 cup Salt
2 Tbsp Flour
1 3/4 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3 ea Egg whites - beaten stiff
Baked pastry shell
Whipped cream
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Combine chocolate and water in top of double boiler. Heat until
chocolate is melted. Bea egg yolks, add sugar, salt and flour. Add
milk gradually. Combine with chocolate and cook until thick. Cool. Add
vanilla, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, pour into baked pastry
shell. Chill until ready to serve. Cover with sweetened, flavored
whipped cream.
