  13.        3        ea    Chocolate - unsweetened - squares                 
  14.        1/4      cup   Water                                             
  15.        3        ea    Egg yolks                                         
  16.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  17.        1/8      cup   Salt                                              
  18.        2        Tbsp  Flour                                             
  19.        1 3/4    cup   Milk                                              
  20.        1        tsp   Vanilla                                           
  21.        3        ea    Egg whites - beaten stiff                         
  22.                       Baked pastry shell                                
  23.                       Whipped cream

  25.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  27.     Combine chocolate and water in top of double boiler. Heat until       
  28.     chocolate is melted. Bea egg yolks, add sugar, salt and flour. Add    
  29.     milk gradually. Combine with chocolate and cook until thick. Cool. Add
  30.     vanilla, fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, pour into baked pastry    
  31.     shell. Chill until ready to serve. Cover with sweetened, flavored     
  32.     whipped cream.
