  13.        1        cup   Pineapple - crushed                               
  14.        1        cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1        cup   Water

  17.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  19.     Let come to boil in double boiler. Add 2 1/2 t. cornstarch moistened  
  20.     with a little cold water, cook until thick. Cool and add 2 egg whites 
  21.     beaten well. Put in pie shell (already baked) and cover with whipped  
  22.     cream.
