  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        qt    Peaches - can                                     
  14.        3/4      cup   Fruit syrup                                       
  15.        2        cup   Thin cream                                        
  16.        1        Tbsp  Gelatine - soaked in                              
  17.        1/4      cup   Water - cold

  19.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  21.     Soak gelatine in cold water until soft. Heat syrup to boiling and pour
  22.     over gelatine, stirring until gelatine is dissolved. Add to cream. Cut
  23.     peaches into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and freeze. This   
  24.     dessert is easily mad and is an excellent one for dinner. Other canned
  25.     fruits may be used.
