  13.        1/2      cup   Butter                                            
  14.        2/3      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        2 1/2    cup   Flour                                             
  16.        1        ea    Egg                                               
  17.        3        Tbsp  Milk                                              
  18.        2        tsp   Baking powder                                     
  19.        1/4      tsp   Salt                                              
  20.        1        tsp   Vanilla

  22.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  24.     Add square bitter chocolate, melted, to half of dough. Roll chocolate 
  25.     dough out thin on waxed paper, roll plain dough in same way, place on 
  26.     chocolate dought. Press layers firmly, roll like jelly roll. Chill    
  27.     thoroughly, slice thin. Bake in oven 400 F. 10 minutes.
