  14.        3/4      cup   Brown sugar                                       
  15.        3/4      cup   Sugar - white                                     
  16.        2        ea    Eggs                                              
  17.        2        Tbsp  Water - hot                                       
  18.        2 1/2    cup   Flour - sifted                                    
  19.        2        tsp   Baking soda                                       
  20.        1        tsp   Vanilla                                           
  21.        1        cup   Pecan nuts                                        
  22.        1        lb    Semi-sweet chocolate - chipped size of a pea

  24.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  26.     Cream butter, add sugar, beaten eggs, water and soda sifted with      
  27.     flour, flavoring, nuts and chocolate.                                 
  28.                                                                           
  29.     Note: No bake time or temperature given. Assume a moderate oven, 350  
  30.     F. for 20 - 30 minutes if made as bars or for 8 minutes or so as drop 
  31.     cookies.
