  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        1        ea    Yeast cake                                        
  14.        1/2      cup   Sugar                                             
  15.        1        tsp   Salt                                              
  16.        2        cup   Water - lukewarm                                  
  17.        1        ea    Egg - beaten light                                
  18.        7        cup   Flour                                             
  19.        3        Tbsp  Shortening - melted

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in water, add egg and shortening, let  
  24.     stand a few minutes. Add flour, let rise in warm place. Knead down and
  25.     place in refrigerator. When rolls are desired pinch off bits of dough,
  26.     place on greased pan and let double  in size. Bake in moderate oven.  
  27.                                                                           
  28.     Note: Moderate oven is 350 - 400 F.
