  11.     INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------

  13.        2        cup   Flour - pastry                                    
  14.        1        cup   Flour - whole wheat                               
  15.        3/4      cup   Sugar                                             
  16.        2        Tbsp  Baking powder                                     
  17.        1        tsp   Salt                                              
  18.        1        ea    Egg - slightly beaten                             
  19.        2        cup   Mincemeat - dry

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Sift pastry flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add whole wheat     
  24.     flour. Add slightly beaten egg with milk to dry mixture, and beat     
  25.     vigorously. Fold in mincemeat and bake at 350 F. for 40 minutes or    
  26.     until done. Makes 2 loaves.
