  11.                                  INTRODUCTION

  14.          TAMRAK  may  or  may not be a fantasy world. The people there
  15.          live in what is akin to the Golden age,  where  anything  and
  16.          everything  is  possible.  They  want  for  nothing  and have
  17.          peace in their lands and tranquility in their homes.
  18.          In the castle of Tamrak is the  Icon  or  Plate  holding  the
  19.          twelve  jewels  of  Tamrak, which represent the twelve worlds
  20.          ruled by King Josephus and each one overseen by  one  of  his
  21.          appointed  Lords.

  27.          For as long as the people can remember they have been  able  to
  28.          transverse  the  countryside  without  incident,  but  as  of
  29.          lately there  have  been  some  strange things  happening  to
  30.          travelers  that  cannot  be  explained. Many have been robbed
  31.          and some have even been killed by what has said to have  been
  32.          monsters.  Many  say  that  this could not be, since the Evil
  33.          Wizard MARBODAEI was banished  many  years  ago, there  have
  34.          been no incidents of this type in the land.

  36.          The  Lords  being of concern petitioned King Josephus to open
  37.          the vault containing the Icon and determine that  the  jewels
  38.          were  still in place. Upon this request King Josephus went to
  39.          the underground vault where the  Icon  was  kept  safe  under
  40.          guard  constantly and found that all the jewels where missing
  41.          and a tablet with a message was in there place.

  50.          The tablet held a message to King Josephus  from  the  Feared
  51.          Wizard MARBODAEI. It stated "I have returned and have  hidden
  52.          the  jewels  of the Icon through out your world. For I shall
  53.          rule  over  TAMRAK  and   my   underlings   will   rome   the
  54.          countryside   untill I am placed on the throne." Upon reading
  55.          this the King returned to the throne room  and  informed  his
  56.          lords  that  they  had  better  return to their worlds and he
  57.          would summon help to find the jewels and return them  to  the
  58.          Icon.

  60.          The  king  placed  a  message in what only he knew was a time
  61.          portal  and  activated  it  hoping he would not be to late to
  62.          save TAMRAK from the evil MARBODAEI.

  70.          Working in your Lab where you developed the Time Portal,  you
  71.          hear  a  hum coming from where it is disguised as part of the
  72.          wall, so no one visiting you will notice it. You  go  to  the
  73.          portal  and take out the message that is there. It reads, "We
  74.          need your  help  at  once.  The  evil  wizard  MARBODAEI  has
  75.          returned  and  has  stolen  the  twelve jewels of the Icon of
  76.          TAMRAK. Come quickly and help us find them  and  return  them
  77.          to  their  proper  place in the Icon before MARBODAEI and his
  78.          henchmen take over and rule TAMRAK."

  80.          Your quest will be to go  to  TAMRAK  and  help  your  friend
  81.          Josephus  and  locate  and  return the Jewels to the Icon and
  82.          destroy MARBODAEI and his henchmen once and for all.
