  1.  Having selected a route, schedule, motive power and train, there remains
  2.  the time options. Normally the clock will proceed in real-time. However,
  3.  you can select the speed at which double time commences (if at all), and
  4.  then similarly for quadruple time. Remember that with quadruple and
  5.  double time you will need to react more quickly !!

  7.  Having set up these parameters, you will be ready to start driving, and a
  8.  single screen will summarise the set up, including the PWS (Permanent Way
  9.  Slacks) that are in force for the given run. These are temporary speed
  10.  restrictions that must be obeyed, in addition to all the normal restrictions.
  11.  Also displayed will be a summary of the train weights, maximum allowed train
  12.  speed, and the power efficiency of your motive power etc, etc.
