SIMUDRIVE has been designed as an all purpose railway simulator for IBM PC
Compatible computers. Devlopment work started in July 1992, and the result
is ANSI-C source code of around 700 K-bytes in size. This compiles to an
PC executable 200 K-bytes in size, and will run on 386 computers or higher.
Although the heart of the game is the simulator, data files are required to
enable simulation. These files contain the details of routes and locomotives.
By purchasing a mix of these data files, the customer can build a library of
different routes and trains that can be driven. It is only these data files
the customer pays for. The simulator is FREE. With each purchase of further
data files the customer will receive a free upgrade of the simulator, which
may include new features or bug fixes.
