  3.    The Mystic Earth Roleplaying Game is copyrighted material. It is
  4.    not to be distributed in any CD-ROM collection or sold on diskette
  5.    except with ALL enclosed files included, and only upon the following
  6.    terms:

  8.    The Vendor MUST register the game system for their Copy ($15) with
  9.    the author by sending $15 to Joseph Teller, 8 A Middle Street Court,
  10.    Waltham MA 02154, that they will be duplicating on disk/CD.

  12.    The Vendor MUST notify the author of the name, if on CD-ROM, of the
  13.    ROM Collection.
  14.  
  15.    For every copy sold by the Vendor on CD or Diskette the Vendor MUST
  16.    collect and pay to the author a royalty of $.05 (Five Cents) after
  17.    the first 100 copies sold.
  18.  
  19.    We feel the $.05 per copy is a fair and just return on the time and
  20.    efforts that went into creating the product and ensures that we be
  21.    compensated for copies that users of it who FAIL to register it, in
  22.    regards to the VENDOR'S PROFIT from the product distribution.
