  7.           to take time off from his private entrepreneurship
  8.           activities to write.  During these interludes he
  9.           has written over a dozen published books and
  10.           hundreds of magazine articles, primarily on
  11.           international business and finance.  Four of his books
  12.           have been on tax havens, the earliest in 1978, and the
  13.           most recent in 1993.  His articles have a appeared in
