  7. This is NOT an  ORDINARY  mortgage  program.  It includes  seven pre-
  8. defined loan acceleration methods such as bi-weekly, double principal
  9. and growing equity payments plus the ability to set up *ANY* acceler-
  10. ation method conceivable through variable extra payments. Accelerated
  11. schedules  and/or  summaries  can  be  produced side by side with the
  12. original mortgage or by themselves.

  14. Features  mortgage  comparisons--enter  all  values for  two complete
  15. mortgages.  For instance, you  may  enter  identical  information for
  16. both, then change  the  interest  rate  and points on one and see the
  17. difference it makes!  Print, view or save to file  complete schedules
  18. and/or summaries for both side by side.

  20. No need to  wander  through  endless screens entering  data wondering
  21. when the last screen is at hand. Mortgage schedule and summary inputs
  22. are contained on  one screen  with the use of function keys to branch
  23. out to less common needed items such as 360 interest  rate inputs for
  24. use  with  ARMs.  The  input  screen  contains  Purchase  Price, Down 
  25. Payment, Duration, Interest  Rate,  Interest  Type  (Fixed,  Stepped,
  26. Adjustable,  Reset),   Closing  Date,  First  Payment  Date,  Points,
  27. Property Tax,  Homeowners Insurance,  Mortgage Insurance and  closing
  28. costs.  It calculates payments, points,  tax savings, daily interest,
  29. interest  paid,  interest  saved  (for  acceleration)  and   complete
  30. schedules.

  32. Schedules  can  be  produced  on  an  annual  or  monthly basis, on a
  33. calendar or  fiscal year  with  cumulative  or  non-cumulative values
  34. using whole dollars or exact cents.

  36. The Mortgage Analyzer contains many other features like Qualification
  37. Analysis reports  for conventional, FHA and VA loans.  Includes solve
  38. for missing loan value calculator,  loan refinancing,  daily interest
  39. and points calculators.  Save and restore multiple clients.  Contains
  40. an  on-line manual,  on-line help,  configuration for  default report
  41. options, header lines, and screen color selection.
