  14.     I beleive that the Fair Credit Reporting Act is being violated by
  15.     CREDIT BUREAU    STREET   CITY.STATE,ZIP
  16.     
  17.     I have repeatedly requested that CREDIT BUREAU correct entries
  18.     in their credit report that I beleive to be in error. To date, they
  19.     have not responded despite my efforts to communicate with them.
  20.     
  21.     I beleive that this is an indication that CREDIT BUREAU is dealing
  22.     with other consumers in the same manner. Therefore, the noncompliance
  23.     tends to adversely affect the interests of the public.

  25.     I ask that the commission investigate this matter and impose appropriate
  26.     sanctions against CREDIT BUREAU.
