  19.     On DATE, I sent you a follow up letter stating that you had
  20.     not responded to or investigated my disputes of incorrect entries on
  21.     my credit report. Copies of that letter and the original dispute
  22.     letter are enclosed.

  24.     To date, you still have not complied with your obligation under the
  25.     Fair Credit Reporting Act, which requires your company to insure the
  26.     correctness of reported information. I hereby demand that you remove
  27.     the disputed entries from my report immediately based on the fact that
  28.     they are inaccuate or cannot be verified. I also expect you to send me
  29.     an updated copy of my report immediately thereafter.

  31.     If I do not receive your response within the next two weeks, I will
  32.     file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I
  33.     will not hesitate to retain my attorney to pursue my rights to recover
  34.     damages under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
