Thank you for trying AMORTZ! I am sure that you will find this program
effective and very easy to use. I welcome your comments (complaints,
suggestions, bug reports, etc.) and will respond to every one that I
receive. Please see the file "AMORTZ.DOC" for information regarding how
to contact me.
The Installation Shell, which has been provided by Mountain View
Software, can be used to read or print all of the documentation and
information files, print a copy of the Registration Form, copy the AMORTZ
files to hard disk or backup diskette, and to run AMORTZ. I highly
recommend that you use this program to begin your exploration of AMORTZ.
The Installation Shell has all of the documentation relating to the
program contained within itself. Through a system of "Explanation" and
"Help" windows, it literally walks you through the installation process.
The following files should be included in this package:
README - Program Description and features
README.TOO - This information file
AMORTZ.DOC - Complete program documentation for AMORTZ.
AMORTZ.EXE - The main program
INSTALL.EXE - The Installation Shell
PACKING.LST - Complete list of files included in the AMORTZ
evaluation package
REGISTER.DOC - Text file containing the registration form
SYSOP.DOC - Information for Bulletin Board System Distribution.
FILE_ID.DIZ - A description file used by Bulletin Board Systems
VENDOR.DOC - Information and restrictions for disk vendors,
distributors, user groups, and such.
WARRANTY.DOC - Important Warranty Information
You may have received an "archived" version of these files. In this
case, you will see only one file, probably called AMORTZ12.XXX, where XXX
is replaced by an extension such as ZIP, LZH or SDN. If this is the
case, please contact the source of the disk for instructions on how to
proceed.
Make sure that all of the above files are contained on a single floppy
(or in the same sub-directory of your hard drive). Then use the
following commands as needed:
INSTALL - to run the Installation Shell (HIGHLY Recommended!)
AMORTZ - to run the main program
Please let me know if you find AMORTZ useful by registering your copy.
