Note:
Version 3.05 had a couple of bugs in it:
- It failed to pickup the UserName if the KeyName wasn't given in
GenMsg.ini.
- It produced an out of spec Echo-Message when Forwarding to an Echo-
Conference.
These problems were fixed. I appologize for allowing these out.
Notice:
Some of the recent enhancements to GenMsg are:
Encrypt to Multiple Recipients:
GenMsg can call PGP to create messages which are encrypted for more
than one individual to decrypt. In fact, GenMsg does this by default, in
creating encrypted messages that you can decode and read. (previously
encrypted messages could only be read by the entended recipient... the
originator could not decode and read them once it was encrypted) You can now
decode such encrypted messages and edit them as needed...
To create an encrypted message for more than one recipient, you must
enter the names when prompted, in this fashion:
first name","second name","third name etc
Note that GenMsg places the FIRST and LAST quotation marks... when
passing multiple names, you must delimit each as indicated above. The
MAXIMUM STRING LENGTH IS 256 CHARACTERS.
Again I appologize for any inconviences created by the premature
release of version 3.05.
