  6.           Rows and columns is the name of the game for the bookkeeper!
  7.           He/she likes everything in nice neat little  areas with titles on
  8.           the top and SUMS on the bottom! or at the side!  This is the
  9.           spread sheet program.  There are many available depending on how
  10.           sophisticate you need the processing of the information.  The
  11.           more involved programs can do a heck of a lot with the
  12.           information......more than you can probably imagine.  This is all
  13.           left up to the genius of the program writer... and again no one
  14.           ever uses all the possibilities in a program especially like a
  15.           spreadsheet program.  Most people just use the SUM function! and
  16.           think that is a lot!     That means adding up the figures in a
  17.           row or a column!  Automatically, after highlighting all of the
  18.           figures to be added.
