  9.       GolfLog v8.1f is a copyrighted program.  Although the program is
  10.       distributed under the Shareware concept and can be freely copied,
  11.       there are limitations to protect the author, the programs quality
  12.       and to support future versions.  Users may make copies of this
  13.       program for trial use by others on a non-commercial basis.  You are
  14.       permitted to evaluate this program for a period of 15 days.  After
  15.       that time you are required to register the program and pay the
  16.       registration fee of $32.95 + $3.00 S/H or cease using GolfLog v8.1f

  20.       By accepting and using this software, you acknowledge that this
  21.       software may not suit your particular requirements or be
  22.       completely trouble free.  Properly applied this program should
  23.       operate without error.  However, I am not  liable for your specific
  24.       application or problems resulting from its use.  If the GolfLog v8.1f
  25.       software does not perform as described, liability is limited to
  26.       replacement of the program or refunding the purchase price to
  27.       registered users only.  There is no liability to you or any other
  28.       person or entity for any damage or loss, including special, incidental,
  29.       or consequential damages, caused by this software, directly or
  30.       indirectly.  Some states do not allow the limitation or
  31.       exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages,

  33.       licence agreement is governed by Arkansas law.  If any part of
  34.       this agreement is found to be held invalid, the remainder will
  35.       remain in effect.  This agreement may only be modified by the

  41.       that computer user groups may charge a fee not to exceed $10.00

  47.       all files must be distributed with the program and must not have been
  48.       modified.
