  7.         Black Book Plus (BBP)is an electronic "black book" address data
  8.         base.  It can be run as a TSR (pop up) program using
  9.         approximately 7k of ram.  This will allow you to "pop up" Black
  10.         Book Plus while running other DOS programs.  It can also be run
  11.         as a stand-alone program in DOS.  BBP can also be run as a DOS
  12.         program under Windows.  With BBP you can keep track of names,
  13.         addresses, phone numbers and notes for all your friends, family,
  14.         business associates, or organizations all in one program.  There
  15.         is no need to load a file for your personal friends and another
  16.         for your business colleges.  BBP allows you to attach keywords
  17.         or codes to each "card" entered, so you can organize the entries
  18.         as needed.  Black Book Plus also will print envelopes, labels,
  19.         phone books, postcards, index, and rotary cards.  You can use
  20.         BBP to track your Christmas card list, or even business
  21.         contacts.

  23.         Black Book Plus is a very easy program to use.  Pressing any
  24.         letter will "zoom" you to the first occurrence of a last name
  25.         starting with that letter.  You can browse through the cards
  26.         using either the arrow keys, or the mouse.  Flip to the back
  27.         side of the card and you can enter notes for each card.  You can
  28.         also search for a card by selecting "Search" from the pull down
  29.         menu.  When using the search mode, you can search for cards by
  30.         name, company, city, state, zip code, keywords, code, phone
  31.         number, address, cards tagged for printing, or a combination of
  32.         keywords and codes.  You don't need to know the correct spelling
  33.         to do a search.  For instance, entering J D during a name search
  34.         will find all cards with names starting with J D.  Like John
  35.         Doe, Jack Doe, and Jane Dainty.  The Codes and Keywords allow
  36.         you to organize your cards into almost any order you need.  They
  37.         also allow quick recall of special groups.  For instance using
  38.         DOCTOR as a keyword would allow you to recall a list of all of
  39.         your doctors with just a few keystrokes.

  41.      Hardware Requirements

  43.         To run this software you will need an IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/2 or
  44.         compatible computer with a minimum of 512K of memory and one
  45.         floppy disk.  However a hard disk and at least 640K of memory is
  46.         recommended.  An Epson compatible dot matrix printer is needed
  47.         for printing.
