  164. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
  165. Shipping is via US air mail, which takes about a week.  Shipment
  166. will commence when clear funds are received.  Since it is shipped
  167. out of state, we charge no taxes.  We are not aware of any duty
  168. or taxes payable by you upon receipt.  If you wish expedited
  169. courier service (UPS "RED".  1-2 days), the cost is actual
  170. charges plus $7.  This is usually around $60 for a 2 pound (1 kg)
  171. package.

  173. Our terms on all ex-USA orders are prepaid via Credit Card (Visa,
  174. MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), or check drawn on a USA bank payable
  175. (must have 9 digit Federal Reserve routing number, in MICR font
  176. with magnetic ink on the bottom of the check) through the New
  177. York Clearinghouse (not a bank).  Please note:  Credit card
  178. payments are preferred.

  180. If you use your credit card, we require the account number, the
  181. expiration date, the name exactly as it appears on the card,
  182. cardholder's signature, the billing address for the card, and if
  183. possible, a photocopy of same.
