  102.      to Durham callers.

  104.  In most cases, your local calling area is solely determined by the prefix of
  105.  your phone number, not by your address or geographic location.  However,
  106.  there are some exceptions -- one being the Durham 408 prefix, as noted above.
  107.  If in doubt about your situation, check with your phone company.  Also, your
  108.  exchange may be local to one or more exchanges that are not listed above.
