  23.    advice. The new List format reflects their input as well as my experience.

  25.    The flags found in the new List format show a Primary purpose, a Secondary
  26.     purpose, the pay/free status of the system, and whether or not they have
  27.    fresh copies of this List available for downloading.  These are the flags:
  28.                                         
  29.                 A - Adult in nature        B - BBS/sysop support
  30.                 C - Multi-line chat           F - File transfers
  31.                 G - Games and doors        H - Hardware-specific
  32.                 I - Graphic images         L - Carries this List
  33.                 S - Social system          T - Technical support
  34.                                         
  35.         $ - Pay system - monies required for other than 'preview' access
  36.          + - Additional features granted if donations or monies received
  37.      ! - Donations accepted but not required; no special access for donating
  38.                        0 - Free system - donations refused
  39.                                         
  40.      I will check this List for carrier, but it is up to the sysops of every
  41.       system listed herein to maintain their entry's accuracy. New info is
  42.      welcomed by any means described in the OCBL.ZIP archive's readme files!
