  3.   The last version of this list was BBSJUL92.  That one and the few versions
  4.   before it were sent out to answer a real need for a decent BBS list in the
  5.   the Halton and Hamilton dialing areas.  Toronto always had a bunch of good
  6.   lists but there wasn't anything like them for this end of the lake.  Hence,
  7.   my humble little BBS list was born.
  8.  
  9.   While the initial lists served the purpose I intended, they were decidedly
  10.   lacking something.  I took a fresh look recently and decided to make this
  11.   release more informative and functional by revamping the concept somewhat.
  12.   The list is considerably smaller this time around because great pains were
  13.   taken to weed out inactive systems.  The plus side of this is that the list
  14.   is now far more accurate and contains many new BBS's as well.  Hope you find
  15.   it useful...

  17.   Changes and improvements in this version:

  19.   * Many new systems added over BBSJUL92.
  20.  
  21.   * All BBS's listed are verified and the dead systems are removed.
  22.  
  23.   * Chart information now has definition keys at bottom.
  24.  
  25.   * Added a column to indicate how many lines the BBS has.
  26.  
  27.   * Added a column to indicate BBS software in use.
  28.  
  29.   * Added dialing directory .FON versions of the list for use
  30.     with several popular terminal programs.  These are:

  32.    - Qmodem 4.x
  33.    - Qmodem Pro 1.x
  34.    - Telemate 4.x
  35.    - Telix 3.x
