  9. Please think about Statements of Faith/Mindsets which have
  10. influenced your life -- and the times in your life when your 
  11. adherence to Statements of Faith or your mindset changed.  
  12. Perhaps you will see marked distinctions in your own mindset 
  13. or Statement of Faith at milestones or turning points in your 
  14. life.

  17. have influenced, helped to form, or become a part of your belief 
  18. system.
