  4. ║           I must bid you fond adieu,                                    ║
  5. ║           I'm really going to miss you.                                 ║
  6. ║           Wished I didn't have to go,                                   ║
  7. ║           But there are other seeds to sow.                             ║
  8. ║           You make me shine when you are around,                        ║
  9. ║           Picked me up when I was feeling down.                         ║
  10. ║           I'll never forget how you make me feel,                       ║
  11. ║           Almost like a dream except for it is real.                    ║
  12. ║           You held me and understood my fears,                          ║
  13. ║           Listened to me and wiped away the tears.                      ║
  14. ║           Was always there when I needed someone,                       ║
  15. ║           When it was dark your smile brought the sun.                  ║
  16. ║           You are a kind soul with a heart of gold,                     ║
  17. ║           You never gave up, your spirit wouldn't fold.                 ║
  18. ║           Wished these words I didn't have to say,                      ║
  19. ║           But I just don't see any other way.                           ║
  20. ║           There is a larger voice calling me,                           ║
  21. ║           I must follow and go and see.                                 ║
  22. ║           Sure you have the same feelings and pain,                     ║
  23. ║           This has been a very emotional drain.                         ║
  24. ║           Wished I could put into words how I feel about you,           ║
  25. ║           But there aren't words that I could find that would do.       ║
  26. ║           You will occupy a special place in my heart,                  ║
  27. ║           Guess the time has come now to part.                          ║
  28. ║           I'd like to say that I will see you soon,                     ║
  29. ║           But that would be like promising the moon.                    ║
  30. ║           I'll never see you again this I know,                         ║
  31. ║           Trying hard for it not to show.                               ║
  32. ║           Can tell you know by the look in your eyes,                   ║
  33. ║           I won't spoil the moment by telling lies.                     ║
  34. ║           Why couldn't we have met at another point in time,            ║
  35. ║           Sometimes it seems like it should be a crime.                 ║
  36. ║           For the last time let us hug and kiss,                        ║
  37. ║           Want to feel the love that I will miss.                       ║
  38. ║           Feel the tears stinging my eyes,                              ║
  39. ║           As we say our final goodbyes.                                 ║
