  1. THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE PROGRAM TO INSTALL
  2.  
  3. Place this program on a diskette and log to that drive.
  4. TYPE 'INSTALL'.  A batch file will do the following: in 
  5. case you'd rather install it manually.
  6.  
  7. THEN TYPE -- 'Begin'. The menu will run. 
  8.  
  9. MANUAL INSTALL >>>>
  10.  
  11. If you received it 'ZIPPED' copy the entire zip file to a place
  12. on your hard drive such as '\REINVENT' or '\REVOLT'
  13.  
  14. THEN >>> Unzip the files in this subdirectory 
  15.  
  16. THEN >>> TYPE 'Begin'.
  17.  
  18. The program will come up with a menu.  Just follow the menu
  19. to go to any chapter.
  20.  
  21. OVERVIEW.  This is basically an Electronic Workbook for 
  22. helping President Bill Clinton and VEEP Al Gore when they
  23. recently called for us to 'RE-INVENT' the government.  There
  24. is no better or more fitting way for us to do this as 
  25. Americans than to use the TECHNOLOGICAL WONDER OF ALL TIMES,
  26. THE PERSONAL COMPUTER AND THE COMPUTER NETWORKS TO ALL COME
  27. TOGETHER TO POOL OUR THOUGHTS AND COMBINE OUR SKILLS.

  32. NOTE:  This program is designed to run in DOS.  However, 
  33. you can also run it from within Windows, by making an icon.  
  34.  
  35. pull down the FILE menu from Program Manager.
  36. SELECT 'New' ...
  37.  
  38. Choose a group to put the new item into.
  39. In Item name type "RE-INVENT MAGAZINE"
  40. In the command box type "C:\REINVENT\begin.exe'
  41.  
  42. Now, you can run the program from within Windows and it will run
  43. Command.Com and then when you're finished reading it will dump
  44. you back in Windows.  Or you can order the Windows Version.

  46. Whatever you do, don't let the day end without printing out 
  47. the Long Distance Service Request Form, part of this program.
  48. If you have a personal phone only, you'll save an average of 
  49. $5- $10 per month.  If you have a business phone, you will
  50. save an average of $50 - $500 per month, depending on your 
  51. Long Distance Bill.  This program is GUARANTEED TO SAVE YOU
