  3. Note: In order to make this ARC it was necessary to rename two
  4. files:  CCP+.DOC and CCP+STRT.ASM.  Their temporary names are
  5. CCP-PLUS.DOC and CCPPSTRT.ASM respectively.  Please rename them
  6. to their original names after extracting.
