  18.      My CP/M Kit arrived with 2 double side disk and a 39 page instruction 
  19.      book. The disks are flippies, which mean that you must take the disk 
  20.      out of the drive and turn it over to use the programs on the other 
  21.      side. This equals 4 single sided disk.

  23.      The instructions are very easy to read so if you are new to CP/M this 
  24.      will come as a relief. There are 31 ready to run programs on the 
  25.      disks along with many doc and help files. Besides the programs on the 
  26.      disk the book explains quite a few programs that are on the system 
  27.      disk when you purchased you C128.
  28.  
  29.      I had no trouble getting all the programs to run. All the programs 
  30.      are PD (public domain) so you are really paying for the book and the 
  31.      disk before they put the programs on them.

  33.      Some of the programs are (some may be familiar to you):
  34.        MEX128.COM a good terminal program with pleanty of docs.
  35.        DE-LBR.COM - use to break down LBR files.
  36.        DD.COM - a nice program that list the files of a disk in alpha order 
  37.                 showing the size of each file and the amount of disk space 
  38.                 left.
  39.        SQ.COM - used to squeez files.
  40.        USQ.COM - used to unsqueez files.
  41.        NEWSWEEP - a file maintance program (copy,rename,delete, etc.).
  42.        LTYPE - for listing doc files to screen or printer.
  43.        ZCHESS - game for chess lovers.

  46.        Also include was VDE13 a word processor which is good but I have 
  47.      downloaded VDE266 from GEnie which is the lastest version.
  48.      The disk also contain NULU12 which is used to break .LBR files and a 
  49.      whole lot of other things, but I have downloaded NULU152 from GEnie 
  50.      which s the latest version of NULU.

  52.      There are over 100 pages of docs to be printed out for the programs on 
  53.      the disks. I used VDE to print out the doc files but the docs for 
  54.      MEX128 are too long for VDE so it must be broken in two (with a 
  55.      program on GEnie 6421), or you can use LTYPE to print it out but it 
  56.      takes longer.

  58.      LTYPE & DD are on each disk so you can catalog them and print them 
  59.      out with out switching disk.

  61.      The instruction book is easy reading. I believe the CP/M KIT is a must 
  62.      for the begining CP/M user. There are nice appendixs to help you and 
  63.      the book takes you through each program in English and a step at a time. 
  64.      Also on the disk are places where you can purchase many CP/M programs 
  65.      and other info in a readme now file.

  67.      CP/M KIT is a friendly way to be introduced to CP/M.
