  19. [2.0]  Result is a geoWrite 2.0 format file
  20.     spanning 1.2 to 7.2 inches.
  21. [2.1]  Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  22.     spanning .2 to 8.2 inches.
  23.   Convert '2.0 format' has two options:
  24. [1.1]  Result is a geoWrite 1.1 format file
  25.     with header/footer as new page(s).
  26. [2.1]  Result is a geoWrite 2.1 format file
  27.     spanning .2 to 8.2 inches.
  28.   Convert '2.1 format' has three options:
  29. [1.1]  Same as Convert 2.0 (1.1).
  30. [2.0]  Result is a geoWrite 2.0 format file
  31.     spanning 1.2 to 7.2 inches.
