  4.   A list of all files in the CP/M archives is contained in directory
  5. PD2:<CPM.FILEDOCS> as follows:

  7. SIMCPM.IDX contains a listing of all files, with a brief one line
  8. description for each file.
  9.  
  10. SIMCPM.ARK contains the latest SIMCPM.IDX, AAAREAD.ME (this file),
  11.      SIMCVT.BAS, SIMCVT2.BAS, SIMCVT.EXC, SIMCPM.DB2, SIMCPM.HDR,
  12.      SIMCPM.INF, SIMDISP.AWK, SIMDISP.DOC, SIMCVT.FOR, and SIMDISP.PL.
  13.

  16. QUICKREF.LST a quick reference list to SIMTEL20 CP/M directories.

  18. SIMCVT.BAS and SIMCVT2.BAS are BASIC programs to convert SIMCPM.IDX

  41. PD2:<CPM>FILES.IDX is updated when new files are added to the CP/M
  42.      archives.  This is a comma-delimited file, without descriptions,
  43.      suitable for importing into PC-File+ or DBase III.

  46.                          DISCLAIMER
  47.  
  48. Due to the large number of files available, the archive maintainers
  49. cannot possibly attempt to validate the proper operation of the
  50. various programs.  When a program bug is reported, immediate action is
  51. taken to either correct the error or remove the offending program from
  52. the archives.  Still, users must understand that all archive programs
  53. are offered AS IS, and the archive maintainers specifically disclaim
  54. any liability should these programs malfunction or cause damage,
  55. incidental or otherwise.  When testing ANY new software, be certain
  56. that all information stored on disk is backed-up before you start, so
  57. that you can recover if files are damaged or erased.  This is
  58. particularly true if you have a hard disk, in which case malfunctions
  59. can be spectacularly disasterous.
