  4. During playback:
  5.      ESC/mouseclick -  exits animation
  6.      1 - 9          -  varies playback speed (1 is the fastest)
  7.      0              -  play at default speed
  8.      PgUp / PgDown  -  increase / decrease palette luminence
  9.      Home           -  reset the palette
  10.      End            -  toggles greyscale mode
  11.  
  12. Command line options:
  13.      -sn            -  change the playback speed n = 0-255
  14.      -ln            -  number of loops to play n = 0-65535
  15.      -g             -  stay in graphics mode once done
  16.      -mn            -  force VESA mode n = 0-5
  17.      -fn            -  fade in/out n = 1 in, 2 = out, 3=in & out
