- 1.0 Introduction
- ----------------
- The Progress Report 3.0 is an easy to use tool for
- creating, saving, printing and retrieving student progress
- reports. It is designed to be used by the classroom teacher
- with up to 5 different classes of 36 students each.
-
- A teacher enters his/her own particular data
- (schoolname, year, etc.). Classes are created and student
- names are entered. A set of progress reports for that class,
- is then created and saved. The set may be printed out in its
- entirety or as individual reports. Each class can have up
- to 8 different sets of reports.
-
- The progress report features a selection of 28 preinstalled
- comments. One additional individualized comment may be entered
- for each student. Additionally, the instructor may elect to
- enter up to 8 individual grades. They are then averaged
- together.
-
- A.P. Software assumes no responsibility or liability for
- use of this program. All comments , suggestions and
- enhancements for future versions should be sent to A.P.
- Software at the above address.

- A-Accept name and create a report
- R-Reject name and advance to next student
- S-Save current entered information and complete

- set of reports, the report data is automatically saved.
- The current date is used to identify this set of
- reports.
-
- All data from the initial set up, except school and
- teacher name, is saved along with the student data.
- This allows the user to retrieve and reprint these
- reports exactly as they were created. Future reports
- can have different initial set ups, not affecting
- previously created reports.
-
- 6.2 Continue With Previous Set of Reports - Allows user
- to complete a previously started, but incomplete, set
- of reports. The report status of each of the 8 report
