  17. Timeless Time & Expense was designed to track time and expenses without 
  18. taking all a lot of time.  Most time and expense tracking software is 
  19. geared towards collecting just enough information to provide accurate 
  20. billing.  Timeless Time & Expense goes further and allows you to easily 
  21. track time at a much finer level of detail. With Timeless Time & Expense's 
  22. flexible reporting capability, you get the information needed to accurately 
  23. estimate time and costs on future tasks in addition to accurate billing 
  24. information.  For Window 95/NT 4.0.

  28. To install the shareware version of Timeless Time & Expense
  29.  
  30. Unzip tmlss100.zip to a temporary directory.  Run tmlss100.exe to install
  31. to start the installation program.

  37. One registered copy of Timeless Time & Expense may either be used by a 
  38. single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  39. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  40. multiple people, but not both.

  42. You may access the registered version of Timeless Time & Expense through 
  43. a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  44. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  45. through the network.  For instance, if 5 different workstations
  46. will access Timeless Time & Expense on the network, each workstation 
  47. must have its own license, regardless of whether they use Timeless 
  48. Time & Expense at different times or concurrently.

  52. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  53. Wisconsin.

  55. Disclaimer of Warranty

  57. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  58. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  59. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  60. various hardware and software environments into which Timeless 
  61. Time & Expense may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  62. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  64. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  65. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  66. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  67. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  68. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  75. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  76. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes
  77. without charge for a period of 30 days.  If you use this software
  78. after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $42.99 is
  79. required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and
  80. should be sent to MAG Softwrx, 2628 Stevens St, Madison WI, 53705.
  81. Credit card ordering and site license discounts are available, 
  82. as described in the section Ordering Information/Order Form (order.txt).  
  83. When payment is received you will be sent a registration number and
  84. optionally, the latest version of Timeless Time & Expense.

  86. Unregistered use of Timeless Time & Expense after the 30-day 
  87. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international 
  88. copyright laws.

  90. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  91. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  92. agreement signed by MAG Softwrx your use of this software 
  93. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  97. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware 
  98. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give 
  99. exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and 
  100. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation 
  101. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for 
  102. any of the above. YOU MAY NOT DISTRIBUTE REGISTRATION NUMBERS.
