  4. Media Changer Deluxe is a suite of applications designed
  5. to make your Windows 95 desktop more fun. It provides the
  6. ability to automatically change your system sounds, 
  7. wallpaper bitmap, screen saver, and desktop theme.

  9. To get started quickly, simply run Setup.exe to get
  10. Media Changer Deluxe set up on your computer. Once
  11. installed, you are ready to use it! For information on
  12. how to customize, register and get the most out of
  13. Media Changer Deluxe, double-click the MCD Help icon,
  14. or click the Help button inside of MCSetup.exe.
