  1. I-View Royalty-Free License Agreement For Work Groups

  3. TALENT COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

  5. CAUTION: Loading this software onto a computer indicates your acceptance 
  6. of the following terms. Please read them carefully.

  8. WORK GROUP: is a group of 60 or less people who work in the same physical 
  9. location.
  10.  
  11. ROYALTY-FREE LICENSE: Talent Communications, Inc. ("Talent") grants your
  12. Work Group the right to use I-View ("Software") and a royalty-free license
  13. to distribute I-View with your programs (including your HTML files) 
  14. world-wide. However, the customer may not distribute I-View along.

  16. Free-Distribution on the Internet is NOT allowed.

  18. THIS LICENSE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE !!!

  21. COPYRIGHT: The Software is the proprietary product of Talent and is 
  22. protected by copyright law. You acquire only the right to use the Software 
  23. and do not acquire any rights of ownership. You agree not to remove any 
  24. product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary 
  25. restrictions from the Software.  You agree not to cause or permit the 
  26. reverse engineering, disassembly, or decompilation of the Software. You 
  27. shall not disclose the results of any benchmark tests of the Software to 
  28. any third party without Talent's prior written approval.

  30. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Talent is providing this license on an "as is" basis 
  31. without warranty of any kind; Talent disclaims all express and implied 
  32. warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness 
  33. for a particular purpose.
